Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free in Canada. Shipping to the Northern Territories is calculated at checkout. Orders are processed the same day they are received, and all orders placed before 11 AM EST are shipped out the same business day. Standard orders are shipped via UPS or Purolator or local couriers, while freight orders are shipped via Day & Ross or local freight carriers. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team by email, and we will handle the entire return process at no cost to you.
