Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free over $199. Orders are processed the same day they are received, and all orders placed before 11 AM EST are shipped out the same business day. Standard orders are shipped via UPS or Purolator, while freight orders are delivered through Day & Ross, Kindersley, or local freight carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team by email, and we will handle the entire return process at no cost to you.
